Recyclable Fence

A new art installation that not only encourages people to recycle, but to also participate in creating a work of art.

Who Noticed??

For one of my interactive web-art and design classes I was told to create something or change something people would see or walk passed every day that would generate a reaction. As I thought about what I might do for the assignment I realized that my college's art building was a perfect area to try my idea. Over the corse of a week I rearranged the buildings art displays and furniture. Some items were placed in areas where people might or might not notice, others I was not so subtle. I noticed only a few people react to my project, which made me think of how people walk through life in their own little bubble completely shut off from what is around them.

Its All About The Expierience

Interactive art can be any art form which encourages others to participate in the experience. One day i walked passed a white wall with a bunch of paint cans along side it. Whoever placed them there was hoping that the people who walked passed this wall would paint the wall and change it from the plain white that it was, within a day the whole wall was painted... The beauty of art

Color Gun

This interactive art design pushes the boundaries of people's social norms. Showing them a nonlethal gun which shoots paint instead of bullets.
